Lamei Tang

Lamei Tang has a diverse work experience. Lamei started working at Minna Technologies in 2022 as a Product Analyst, where they manage requirements across the product lifecycle, conducts market research, and analyzes merchant data. Prior to that, they worked at Parlayaq Foundation as a Project Coordinator, planning and coordinating the Career Support Program for Women from developing countries. At Linköping University, they served as a Teaching Assistant for an academic writing review course, providing customized feedback to international students. Lamei also worked as a Researcher for Financial Service Development at SUGAR Network for Design Innovation, where they applied Design Thinking principles to optimize the International Money Transfer Service. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Chengdu Shuangyi Sports Industry Development Co. Ltd and as a Channel Sales Associate at Longfor Properties Co. Ltd, where they assisted with administrative tasks and facilitated lead generation and sales for apartments respectively.

Lamei Tang pursued a Master's degree in management and strategy in international organizations at Linköping University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Lamei Tang completed another Master's degree in government management and policy analysis at Southwest Jiaotong University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Lamei Tang has obtained several certifications, including Figma Essential Training, UX Research for Agile Teams, UX Research: Going Guerrilla, UX Research Methods: Card Sorting, Data Analytics, UX Deep Dive: Remote Research, UX Foundations: Research, Design Thinking for Design Innovation (9 months of learning), and Google Analytics for Beginners.
