Svetlana Povarga

Svetlana Povarga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Svetlana started their career in 2006 at Minnesota Computers Corporation, where they served as an Executive Assistant, Merchandise Coordinator, and Sales Representative Assistant. In this role, they provided support to sales representatives, handled orders, managed databases, and performed administrative duties.

From 2008 to 2010, Povarga worked as a Senior Enrollment Specialist at SHPS/ADP. Here, they enrolled Cobra members, processed student enrollments, and dealt with appeals and correspondence.

In 2010, they joined Optum as a Broker Agent Service Analyst, where they handled agent contracting, processed documents, and resolved escalated issues. Svetlana also served as a Senior Administrative Assistant, supporting a Vice President and over 200 employees.

Povarga then worked at Fairview Pharmacy Services as an Administrative Assistant from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they provided administrative support to a director and 12 senior managers, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Svetlana joined TCF Bank in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant, where they supported several high-level executives and provided assistance to over 500 IT staff members. Svetlana composed written communications, trained employees, and handled invoice processing.

Povarga then worked at Honeywell in 2018 as a Design Studio Administrative Assistant, where they offered executive support and general studio assistance.

From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Global Experience Design Studio Executive Assistant at Resideo, supporting executive teams and providing overall studio support.

Currently, Povarga works at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation as an Office Coordinator & Administrative Assistant. In this role, they support executives and the research team, coordinates schedules and meetings, creates communications and documents, and plans for staff celebrations and recognition events.

Svetlana Povarga began their education journey in 1997 and successfully obtained a High School Diploma in 2001 from St. Louis Park Sr. High School. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2005, they attended Hennepin County Technical College, where they pursued a field of study in Digital Media Design / Multimedia and earned an Associate's Degree.
