Darcy Berus possesses extensive experience in nonprofit development and foundation relations, currently serving as Senior Advancement Officer at the Minneapolis Institute of Art since September 2017. Previously held positions include Development Officer at The Emily Program Foundation and Development Director at both the International Wolf Center and Minnesota Museum of American Art. Additionally, Darcy Berus contributes as a Board Member for Twin Cities In Motion and has managed projects for Beautycounter since December 2016. Educational credentials include a B.A. in French and International Studies from Macalester College and a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University.

The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) enriches the community by collecting, preserving, and making accessible outstanding works of art from the world’s diverse cultures.
