Michael D. has extensive experience in the field of interactive media and film production, currently serving as the Head of Interactive Media and Senior Producer at the Minneapolis Institute of Art since June 1995. In this role, Michael D. leads and manages the Interactive Media Group and produces/directs various film, video, and audio productions. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Producer, Producer & Multimedia/Web Developer, and Media Specialist within the same group. Michael D. has also worked as a freelance production and editing professional since January 1993, contributing to documentary, commercial, music video, animation, and educational film projects. Additional roles include Curator & Programmer at Red Eye Cinema and Proprietor & Programmer at Queen's Palace Motion Picture Theater. Earlier experience includes working as a projectionist at Orpheum Theater.
