Shiraz S. possesses diverse experience in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as a Project Assistant at the Minneapolis Institute of Art since November 2017, Shiraz has previously held positions as a Research Associate at the American Writers Museum and as a Publishing Intern at Milkweed Editions. Additional experience includes roles as a Communications Intern at Young Playwrights' Theater, a Development Intern at Minnesota Center for Book Arts, and an English Teacher at JP Coen School. An earlier internship as an Administrative Intern at DC Vote further contributed to a well-rounded professional background. Shiraz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies and Political Science, along with a minor in Creative Writing from The George Washington University, and has studied at the University of Amsterdam. Education began with a High School Diploma from Victor Senior High School.
