Susana Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in visitor experience and customer service management. Currently serving as the Visitor Experience Manager at the Minneapolis Institute of Art since April 2023, Susana has previously held roles such as Front Desk Lead at the Fox Den Salon and Stylist at Stitch Fix. Susana's background includes significant time at SEPHORA as both a Talent & Business Operations Manager and Skincare Lead, along with sales positions at The Limited. In addition to retail experience, Susana has contributed musically as a soloist and choir member at University Congregational Church and gained diverse skills as a Special Events Tour Guide at Luther College and a Performance Management Student Intern at Lutheran Summer Music Academy. Susana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Communication Studies from Luther College and has furthered education at Wichita State University and through the IES Vienna Abroad Music Program.
