Crystal Brinkman

Crystal Brinkman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth employment and arts management. Currently serving as the Youth Employment and Training Supervisor at Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board since September 2022, Crystal previously held the position of Executive Director at Kulture Klub Collaborative from January 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all mission-related functions and strategic development. As Co-Creator and Manager at Pillsbury United Communities - Full Cycle from April 2008 to December 2014, Crystal developed a bicycle retail shop with a paid internship program, creating curriculum and training over 100 youth. Earlier, as Education Coordinator at The Hub Bike Co-op from April 2004 to April 2008, Crystal focused on community outreach and educational program marketing. Crystal holds a Creative Community Fellowship from National Arts Strategies and is part of the Financial Leadership Cohort at Propel Nonprofits.
