Eric Staupe, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eric is currently the Director of Information Technology at the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an IAM Project Manager at Wells Fargo through TEKsystems in 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they served as an ITS Project Manager at Bethel University. Before that, they were an Account Manager/Project Manager at Mack Staffing in 2016 and a Project Manager at Fredrickson Learning in the same year. Eric also has extensive experience in the education sector, where they held the positions of Director of Professional and Workforce Training and CIO/Director of Technology at Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2003 to 2015. Eric was also a College Instructor and Director of Information Systems at Rasmussen University from 1995 to 2003.

Eric Staupe holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bethel University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University, with a focus on Music and Microcomputer Studies. In addition to their educational background, Eric has also obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2015.
