Mn Adult & Teen Challenge
Dan Harrison has a strong background in IT and infrastructure engineering. Dan started their career in 2006 as a Network Administrator at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Citrix Systems Engineer at the same company. In 2013, they joined Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. as a System Engineer. In 2014, they returned to Mn Adult & Teen Challenge as an Infrastructure Engineer and later became the IT Director in August 2020.
Dan Harrison attended the Minnesota School of Business from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network Systems Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Dan obtained the following certifications:
- Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization from Citrix in May 2018
- Citrix Certified Integration Architect for Virtualization from Citrix in August 2013
- Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer for Virtualization from Citrix in July 2013
- Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenApp 6 from Citrix in June 2013
- Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator for Citrix XenApp 6 from Citrix in June 2013
- Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenDesktop 5 from Citrix in May 2013
- Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenServer 6 from Citrix in May 2013
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in April 2019.

Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. For over 30 years, Mn Adult and Teen Challenge has been restoring hope to people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We offer effective and affordable programs throughout Minnesota with campuses in Minneapolis, Brainerd, Duluth, Rochester and Buffalo. We offer both a long-term, faith-based recovery program and short-term licensed treatment program, allowing us to effectively serve individuals with a broad spectrum of addiction issues; from those seeking treatment for the first time, to those who have been struggling with addiction for many years.
