John Vranyes is currently a Data Analyst at MN Adult & Teen Challenge, a position held since February 2023. Previously, John served as an IT Consultant at Malark Companies from December 2018 to June 2023. Earlier in John’s career, significant roles included Senior Software Engineer at Symantec and Principal Software Engineer at Veritas, where John worked from April 2002 until November 2017. John began formal education at North Hennepin Community College from 1993 to 1995 and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, which commenced in 1983.

Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. For over 30 years, Mn Adult and Teen Challenge has been restoring hope to people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We offer effective and affordable programs throughout Minnesota with campuses in Minneapolis, Brainerd, Duluth, Rochester and Buffalo. We offer both a long-term, faith-based recovery program and short-term licensed treatment program, allowing us to effectively serve individuals with a broad spectrum of addiction issues; from those seeking treatment for the first time, to those who have been struggling with addiction for many years.
