Maddie Chant is an experienced onboarding specialist currently working at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge since April 2024. Previously, Maddie served as a talent acquisition specialist at Hollstadt Consulting from December 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and leading employer branding initiatives. Before that, Maddie held the position of administrator at Moment Ministries, assisting with customer service, social media management, and website maintenance. Additional experience includes serving as a student ambassador and volunteer coordinator at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and working as a personal assistant at Edina Realty Johnson Home Team. Maddie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Bible/Biblical Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.

Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. For over 30 years, Mn Adult and Teen Challenge has been restoring hope to people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We offer effective and affordable programs throughout Minnesota with campuses in Minneapolis, Brainerd, Duluth, Rochester and Buffalo. We offer both a long-term, faith-based recovery program and short-term licensed treatment program, allowing us to effectively serve individuals with a broad spectrum of addiction issues; from those seeking treatment for the first time, to those who have been struggling with addiction for many years.
