Megan Threlkeld has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Megan started their career as a Parks Crew Member at the City of Burnsville in 2014. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), where they gained valuable experience. Megan then joined the University of Northwestern - St. Paul in 2014 as a Facilities Services staff member before taking on roles as an Accounting Services Assistant and Principles of Accounting TA. Megan returned to CLA in 2017 as an Associate before transitioning to Mn Adult & Teen Challenge in 2019. At Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, Megan held positions as a Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, and currently serves as the Director of Finance as of April 2022.
Megan Threlkeld completed their high school education at Burnsville Senior High School from 2010 to 2013, earning their High School Diploma. Megan then pursued their higher education at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.

Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. For over 30 years, Mn Adult and Teen Challenge has been restoring hope to people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We offer effective and affordable programs throughout Minnesota with campuses in Minneapolis, Brainerd, Duluth, Rochester and Buffalo. We offer both a long-term, faith-based recovery program and short-term licensed treatment program, allowing us to effectively serve individuals with a broad spectrum of addiction issues; from those seeking treatment for the first time, to those who have been struggling with addiction for many years.
