Randy Schmidt

Randy Schmidt has extensive experience in managing recovery programs and church facilities. Currently serving as the Lifelong Recovery Manager and previously as the Director of Aftercare at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge since November 2011, Randy has focused on providing support for individuals in their recovery journey. Prior to this role, Randy was the Ministry & Facility Director at The Urban Refuge Church from January 2006 to December 2010, overseeing various church operations and ministry initiatives.
