Twila Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Twila began their career as an Accounting Manager at Chicago Title, where they oversaw accounting operations for multiple office locations. Twila then moved on to the University of Minnesota, where they held various roles including Finance Director and Finance Manager/Senior Financial Analyst. In these positions, Twila managed financial activities, performed reporting and analysis, and collaborated with partners to implement financial plans. After their time at the University, Twila worked as the Director of Financial Operations at Community Involvement Programs, a nonprofit organization offering services for individuals with disabilities. Twila later joined the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where they served as the Director of Academic Operations and an Adjunct Professor. Currently, Twila is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, an organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction.

Twila Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Twila also has a Master of Theological Studies from Brewer Christian College and Graduate School. In terms of certifications, Twila is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) obtained from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 2020. Twila also holds a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas, obtained in September 2018. Twila is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the MN State Board of Accountancy, and they are a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certified by the American Institute of Public Accountants.
