Jackie Lund

Jackie Lund is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, recruitment, and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Minnesota Air, Inc. since September 2012, Jackie Lund oversees various HR functions including payroll, onboarding, performance management, and the development of workplace policies to foster a positive work environment. Previous roles include managing HR functions at the American Refugee Committee, where responsibilities involved HRIS management and compliance with USAID donor audits, as well as serving as an HR Generalist at Accenture Mortgage Cadence, where Jackie Lund played a key role in expanding employee policies during significant company growth. Jackie Lund also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of MJ Spinners, having successfully launched a toy line with substantial regional sales. Jackie Lund holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
