Julie Hammel

Julie Hammel serves as a Senior Accountant at the Minnesota Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church since December 2021, after previously holding the role of Accounting Associate. In addition, Julie has been the Treasurer at Champlin United Methodist Church since September 2020 and has been involved with the Minnesota Women of Today Foundation as a member of the Board of Directors since May 2005. Julie also contributed to FAMILY PROMISE OF ANOKA COUNTY as a Board Member until January 2023 and worked as an Accountant for the United Methodist Church of Anoka from April 2011 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Bookkeeper at Biederman Homes and Life Skills Coordinator at Family Promise in Anoka County. Julie's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Administration and Disability Studies from Metro State University, with previous studies at various institutions including The University of Michigan and Central Michigan University.
