Alissa Henriksen is a seasoned professional in the recruiting and consulting industry, currently serving as Co-President and Founder of Grey Search + Strategy since May 2014, a firm known for its customized retained search and consulting services. In addition, Alissa holds a position on the Member Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce since August 2017. Prior to Grey Search + Strategy, Alissa was Co-President and Managing Partner of CorTalent from June 2011 to May 2014, formed through a strategic merger that leveraged combined strengths in talent search and employee assessment. Alissa's career began as President and Owner of Premier Alliance Group from July 2008 to June 2011, where a significant achievement involved filling numerous positions for a leading recreational vehicle company. Alissa graduated from South Dakota State University in 2005, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Economics and Spanish, and also studied at Universidad de Salamanca in 2003.
