Prior to this, Kathi served as the President of the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Professional Studies in Community & Economic Development from Penn State University. Kathi has extensive experience in directing statewide business retention, assistance, and expansion programs.
