Becca Diederich

Becca Diederich is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness with a robust background in consulting, training development, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Pioneer Management Consulting since 2019, Becca has advanced from a Consultant role. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at RSM US LLP, where Becca played a key role in the design and delivery of large-scale training conferences. Becca has also contributed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Campaign Specialist, leading marketing initiatives and team management. Previous roles include World Race Team Lead at Adventures In Missions, Business Development Coordinator at PESI HealthCare, and various marketing internships.
