Kim Olstad

Kim Olstad is a co-founder of Crewpowerment Training, Coaching and Consulting, challenging teams to see with new eyes. They also work as a training and coaching Enneagram/Strengths/Structured Conversations at Coach/Training for Individuals, Teams, and Organizations. Additionally, they serve as a Respectful Conversations Facilitator and Respectful Conversations in Schools at Minnesota Council of Churches, and as a Network Weaver, Facilitator, Coach, and Consultant at Minnesota Multifaith Network/St Paul Interfaith Network. Kim has a background in various areas such as interfaith outreach, community engagement, and pastoral work. Their education includes a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.
