Currently serving as President/CEO of Minnesota Council of Health Plans, Nesse focuses on ensuring access to healthcare for Minnesotans through collaborative efforts among local nonprofit health insurance companies. With a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Nesse brings a strong foundation in law and political science to their role.
