Kayla Scrivner

Kayla Scrivner is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Public Health Consultant at the Minnesota Department of Health since August 2023 and as a Trustee at the Blandin Foundation since January 2023. Previously, Kayla held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Scenic Rivers Health Services from July 2021 to August 2023 and worked at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department as Program Manager for Communicable Disease Control from April 2018 to July 2021, following a role as Community Liaison Specialist from September 2012 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes directing community and volunteer services at Youth Villages Inner Harbour Campus and holding various roles with AmeriCorps from September 2003 to August 2006. Kayla holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University and has educational credentials from Augsburg University and NOLS.
