Laura Sutter is an experienced public health professional currently serving as Supervisor of Primary Care and Workforce Programs in the Office of Rural Health and Primary Care at the Minnesota Department of Health since April 2019, following a role as Principal Planner in the same office. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Program Manager for Payer Relations at the American Academy of Neurology from March 2017 to April 2019 and worked at Allina Health in various capacities including Program Manager and Research Coordinator from June 2014 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, teaching assistance at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and other programmatic and research roles in different health organizations. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Dance from Barnard College and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
