Rachel Garaghty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in disability advocacy and public policy. Currently serving as the Disability COVID Community Coordinator Lead at the Minnesota Department of Health since February 2022, Rachel previously worked as a Grants Manager at ServeMinnesota from February 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing a $1-$3 million fundraising initiative and developing grant strategies.
