Saurav Dahal, MPH, currently serves as Capacity Building Unit Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Health, where responsibilities include leading grant programs focused on health disparities and advancing equity initiatives across Minnesota. With previous experience as Grants Manager for the Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative, Saurav managed significant funding aimed at reducing health inequities among diverse populations. Prior roles at North Dakota Health and Human Services included State TB Controller/Epidemiologist and COVID-19 Regional Manager, overseeing disease prevention and management efforts. Saurav’s extensive background in refugee health programming and community empowerment is complemented by a Master's degree in Public Health/Infectious Disease Management from North Dakota State University.
