Amy Harrigan

Amy Harrigan is a seasoned professional in transportation data and geographic information systems, currently serving as Program Manager for Transportation Data & Analysis at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since May 2025. Previously, Amy worked as a GIS Consultant and Data Engineering Team Lead at TRC Companies, Inc. from January 2024 to April 2025, and as a Senior GIS Analyst and Group Lead at Locana from March 2021 to July 2024, where leadership was assumed in April 2022. Amy's experience also includes serving as GIS and Mapping Analyst at Maine Natural Gas Corporation and a Systems Planning Intern at the Colorado Department of Transportation. Initial career steps were taken as a GIS Intern in Commerce City. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Urban Studies and Planning with a focus on GIS from the University of Colorado Denver.
