Babatope Adedayo

Babatope Adedayo is a seasoned Vendor Specialist at the State of Minnesota since October 2015, focusing on enhancing opportunities for targeted groups, economically disadvantaged, and veteran-owned small businesses through the Small Business Procurement Program. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Organizer for the Minnesota DFL Party, where responsibilities encompassed volunteer recruitment and campaign management leading up to the 2014 mid-term elections. As Skills Training Coordinator at Metro Social Services, Babatope fostered social skills and self-confidence among underrepresented community mentees, while also working as a Home Care Organizer for SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, engaging with Home Care workers. Additional roles include TGB Site Visit Intern at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, conducting compliance visits, and serving as a Quality Control Specialist at Federal Premium Ammunition, where communication and safety improvements were prioritized. Babatope holds a Master's degree in Advocacy and Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
