Geneva Finn

Geneva Finn currently serves as an Attorney Manager for Medicaid Recovery at the Minnesota Department of Human Services since June 2016, and has held a position as an Attorney in Health Care Compliance and Appeals since March 2012. In this role, Geneva defends the agency’s position in Medicaid administrative hearings and collaborates with pharmacists and policy staff to ensure compliance with regulations. Previously, Geneva was a Staff Attorney in Policy and Planning, providing high-level policy analysis and contract advice. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney in private practice specializing in employment and family law, and as a Supervising Attorney at the University of Minnesota Law Clinics, where guidance was provided to law students.
