Jerry Kotzenmacher

Jerry Kotzenmacher has over three decades of experience in traffic systems, currently serving as a Traffic Systems Specialist at the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation since April 1990. In this role, Jerry specializes in traffic signal design and operation, playing a key role in the development and ongoing updates of MnDOT’s Traffic Signal Design Manual and the Traffic Signal Timing and Coordination Manual. Additionally, since April 2003, Jerry has been the Owner and Past President of Inver Grove Storage and Rental, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise. Jerry holds an Associate degree in Electronics from Willmar Technical College, completed between 1983 and 1985.
