Julie Heyen

Julie Heyen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Leasing Specialist for the State of Minnesota since February 2020, Julie negotiates and prepares leases for various state agencies, boards, and departments. Prior experience includes a role as a Portfolio Manager at JLL, where Julie managed a multi-state real estate portfolio for BNSF Railway Company, specializing in complex transactions and agreements. Earlier in career development, Julie worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Affinity Plus, handling client accounts through the mortgage process. Julie holds a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) designation from the University of St. Thomas.
