Roger Behrens

Roger Behrens currently serves as the Capital Bonding Coordinator for the State of Minnesota since April 2013, advising on capital bonding transactions and providing clarifications regarding bonding legislation. Additionally, Roger holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching Real Estate Transactions. Previous roles include Counsel at TOLD Development Company, where legal oversight for real estate and business transactions was provided, and at Old Republic Title, offering legal counsel on title issues. Prior experience also includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP, specializing in commercial real estate transactional law. Roger holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Carleton College.
