Scott G.a. Metcalf

Scott G.A. Metcalf M.S. has extensive experience serving in various capacities within the State of Minnesota, including the role of Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Specialist since October 1990, focusing on employment services for disabled and economically disadvantaged veterans. Metcalf also retired as a Correction Officer Sergeant, overseeing facility security and staff. Military service includes time with the US Army from January 1998 to July 2008 as an Infantry/Military Police officer, with combat experience in Iraq, and prior service in the United States Marine Corps from August 1977 to July 1985, performing military law enforcement duties. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Performance/Performance Improvement and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law, both obtained from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
