Prior roles include Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Regional Human Resources Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Consultant. Tracy also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Minneapolis Public Schools from September 2000 to April 2012 and began a career in human resources as a Volunteer Transportation Program Assistant at Anoka County Transit from April 1992 to September 2000. Tracy holds a Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
