Christine Jones

Christine Jones has a solid work experience in the field of museum management and coordination. Christine served as the Director of Exhibits at the Minnesota Historical Society starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Site Manager at the same organization from July 2016 to June 2022.

Before joining the Minnesota Historical Society, Christine worked at the Science Museum of Minnesota from July 2012 to July 2016. During their tenure, they held two positions: SLD Operations Specialist from October 2014 to July 2016, and Development Coordinator from July 2012 to October 2014.

Additionally, Christine gained experience as a Collections Assistant at the Henry Art Gallery from October 2010 to May 2012. Christine started their career at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, where they worked as a Book and Stationery Buyer from November 2002 to August 2010.

Christine Jones obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology/Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature from the University of Minnesota. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at the University of Washington in the field of Museology/Museum Studies, completing their studies in 2012.
