Fred Hendrickson is an experienced professional in court operations and corrections, currently serving as a Senior Administrative Manager in the Criminal Division of the Minnesota Judicial Branch since April 2006. Previously, Fred held roles as Court Operations Manager and Court Operations Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to joining the Minnesota Judicial Branch, Fred was a Corrections Officer and Supervisor at the Hennepin County Department of Corrections for nearly two years. Fred also gained leadership experience as an Executive Team Leader at Target from September 1993 to November 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth, complemented by education from Eveleth-Gilbert High School.

The Minnesota Judicial Branch is made up of 10 judicial districts with 293 district court judgeships, 19 Court of Appeals judges, and seven Supreme Court justices. The Judicial Branch is governed by the Judicial Council, which is chaired by Lorie S. Gildea, Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. The Minnesota Judicial Branch is mandated by the Minnesota Constitution to resolve disputes promptly and without delay.
