Don B. Johnson II

Don Johnson is a retired CPA from Eide Bailly, a regional CPA firm. Don has 30 years of public accounting experience with a client base concentration in financial institutions and small, closely held business owners. His practice focused in mergers and acquisitions, forecasting and capital analysis, succession and strategic planning, business valuation, and various consulting projects. Prior to Eide Bailly, Don worked for Cargill in the area of the financial markets located in Wayzata. Don grew up on a farm in northwestern Minnesota. He graduated with an accounting degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and moved to Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area in 1985. Don is a resident of Minnetrista, Minnesota. Don and his wife enjoy lake life and other outdoor activities and spending time with their kids and grandchildren.
