Hattie Idalski

Hattie Idalski is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in various nursing roles, currently serving as a Nurse Practice Specialist and Nurse Education Specialist at the Minnesota Nurses Association since May 2021. Prior experience includes positions as a Clinical Care Nurse Specialist, Public Health Nurse, and Nurse Case Manager for the Spirit Lake Tribe, and a Progressive Care Registered Nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health. Hattie began their nursing career as a Registered Nurse at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd. Hattie's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Nursing Leadership at Walden University, along with a Master's in Nursing focused on Health Policy, a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing, and an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
