Jaime Rustvold is an experienced professional with a strong background in event planning, member benefits, and administrative support. At the Minnesota Nurses Association since February 2017, Jaime has progressed through roles including Events and Benefits Specialist, Events and Member Benefits Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Coordinator at MetLife, where responsibilities involved cross-market support and managing RFP processes, and as a Branch Intake Specialist at Cobalt Mortgage, providing administrative support and schedule management. Jaime also worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at Premier Fundraising, preparing materials and coordinating donor activities. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Labor Relations Management from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a Business Management Minor from the University of Minnesota.
