Jon Tollefson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs, labor relations, and public policy. As Co-Founder of CitizenWe since January 2020, Jon has developed a platform to enhance voter engagement and information access regarding candidates and elected officials. Concurrently, Jon serves as a Government Affairs & Labor Relations Specialist for the Minnesota Nurses Association, focusing on equitable healthcare financing and advocacy for safe, affordable care. Previous leadership roles include Founder and Chair of MillennialPAC, which aims to increase political engagement among diverse communities, and Manager of Public Policy at the Minnesota High Tech Association. Jon's career began as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. Jon earned a Master’s degree in International Economic Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
