Lauren Bloomquist is an experienced communications professional with expertise in internal communications and content creation. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist at the Minnesota Nurses Association since March 2021, Lauren previously worked as a Freelance Newsletter Editor for The Supreme Lodge of the Danish Sisterhood of America from November 2015 to January 2024. Lauren's diverse background includes roles as an Election Text Canvasser at SEIU MN State Council, Copywriter at ICF Next, and Content Editor at Ashdown Broadcasting, where responsibilities spanned content management, publication design, and digital marketing. Lauren began their career in editorial roles at various publications and has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Writing Emphasis from Luther College.
