Kate Then MSN, BSN, RN-BC has extensive experience in clinical services and nursing leadership, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Minnesota Oncology since October 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Operations and Patient Care Manager at Allina Health, as well as positions such as Clinical Services Supervisor and General Surgery RN. Kate's earlier career includes work as an Infection Preventionist and Performance Improvement specialist at St. Luke's Hospital and a Hospitalist Nurse Clinician at University of Colorado Health Northern Colorado. Academically, Kate holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Regis University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Central Lakes College.
