The Human Resources team at Minnesota Opera focuses on managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention. Led by the Human Resources Director, the team ensures fair and inclusive workplace practices, guided by the Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Director and Coordinator. They work to create an environment that promotes diversity, equity, and a positive work culture.
