Anna Hotz has over 18 years of experience in environmental management and policy. Currently serving as the Assistant Division Director for the Resource Management & Assistance and Remediation Divisions at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency since February 2005, Anna oversees the Agency Rules, Environmental Review, and Community & Business Assistance Units. Previous roles at the agency include Section Manager and Supervisor in the Agency Rules Unit. Anna also has experience as a Greater MN Solid Waste Planning Coordinator, Stormwater-TMDL Coordinator, and Pollution Control Specialist. Prior to the MPCA, Anna worked as a Project Manager at Mary Knudsen Consulting and as a Field Chemist at Heritage Environmental Services. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and an Associate's degree in Chemical Technology from Lake Superior State University.
