Arik Forsman

Arik Forsman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and community relations. At Minnesota Power, Arik has held various leadership roles since January 2016, currently serving as Regional Development Lead. Concurrently, Arik serves as an At-Large City Councilor for the City of Duluth since August 2018. Prior experience includes significant roles at ALLETE, where Arik worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Analyst, focusing on labor relations, compensation, and talent acquisition. Earlier positions with St. Louis County, MN, involved recruitment, compensation analysis, and employee relations. Arik Forsman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Mesabi Range Community & Technical College.
