Nick Graning

Nick Graning is an experienced Construction Manager specializing in substations at Minnesota Power, where responsibilities include substation design and construction management for significant projects such as the 500MW Bison Wind Farm and the 500kV Great Northern Transmission Line since 2007. Prior to this role, Nick worked as a Cad Tech II/Inspector and Foreman at Utility Solutions from 2003 to 2006, focusing on the installation of underground utilities. Nick holds an Associate of Applied Science in Power Systems Engineering from Bismarck State College (2013-2017) and an AAS in Architectural Technology from Lake Superior College (2005-2007).
