The Customer Experience and Support Team at Minnesota Power ensures the highest level of service and satisfaction for its 144,000 retail and 16 municipal customers. This team, led by the Vice President of Customer Experience & Engineering Services, manages customer interactions, supports account management, develops affordability and customer programs, and utilizes analytics to enhance service operations. They are dedicated to providing responsive, personalized support and maintaining strong relationships with strategic accounts and everyday customers alike.
