Project Management

This team coordinates cross-departmental efforts, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures that all project objectives align with the company's strategic goals and standards. The team includes Project Managers, Project Development Leaders, and Program Managers who drive projects from conception to completion while maintaining the company's commitment to providing reliable and efficient electric service.
