Kelli Halek Gustafson

Kelli Halek Gustafson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kelli began their career in 2007 as an Investment Solutions Representative at COUNTRY Financial®, where they managed client relationships and developed marketing strategies. Subsequently, they worked as a Fraud Prevention Specialist at Active Sports Inc, where they reviewed orders and managed calls on fraud issues.

In 2010, Kelli transitioned to The Next Best Thing, where they served as a Personal Assistant/Domestic Specialist. In this role, they assisted clients with various tasks such as bookkeeping, housekeeping, and organization.

Kelli then joined Mediation Services for Anoka County in 2016 as a Restorative Justice and Mediation Specialist. Here, they specialized in resolving conflicts and facilitating mediation processes.

In 2022, they became a Relationship Marketing Manager at QT Commercial Roofing & Construction, where they focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Kelli's most recent role was at Alexandra House in 2021, where they worked as a Sexual and Domestic Violence Relief Staff Advocate, providing support and advocacy to survivors of abuse. Currently, they are serving as the Marketing Director at Minnesota Rusco & Companies.

Kelli Halek Gustafson began their education at North Hennepin Community College, where they studied General subjects from 2011 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Following this, they enrolled at St. Cloud State University in 2014 and completed their undergraduate studies in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Persuasion and Advocacy and Relational Conflict Mediation in 2015.
