Amber Power

Amber Power has extensive experience in higher education and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Ops & Strategic Comm for the Division of Academic Affairs at Minnesota State University, Mankato, since January 2011. In this role, Amber provides leadership and management for the Office of the Provost, facilitating core communications and policy planning. Previous positions at the university include Director of Communication and Endowed Programs and Director of Development for the College of Arts & Humanities. Amber has a strong background in marketing, having held roles as Marketing Director at Monarch Meadows and Marketing Executive at I&S Group, Inc., as well as earlier experience in annual giving and fundraising. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
