Andrew Lillesve

Andy Lillesve is an experienced educator and engineering professional with a strong background in teaching and operations management. Currently serving as a Bell Facilitator and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Andy instructs upper-division engineering students in various subjects, including Engineering Design and Thermodynamics. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, where Andy led policy research and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Project Manager and Educator at Iron Range Engineering, Andy provided guidance to engineering students and design teams. Early career experience at UPM Blandin Paper Mill involved implementing safety procedures and enhancing employee training. Andy holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
